General Information - We are a small company which prides itself on a personal service to our customers. We hope that you will find our on-line shopping facility easy to use. However, should you require any assistance please email, or telephone us and we will be happy to help.
Despatch Time and Availability - The majority of orders are dispatched within two working days however at peak times or when stock is limited, delays may occur. At such times, please allow 14 working days for delivery. This also applies to special orders. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible so should you have any specific requirements please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Prices - All prices are correct at the time of going on-line (e &oe) and every effort will be made to obtain these prices but we reserve the right to amend prices without notice. However should any prices alter, we will aim to contact you within 48 hours to advise you of this. VAT at the current rate is included in the price for UK sales.
Refunds and returns - Please contact us by email before returning goods. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item WITHIN 14 days of the dispatch date, unused and in the original packaging, with any tags attached and undamaged. A refund will not be issued for goods that have been used unless there is a manufacturing error. Please note that this does not apply to sale/reduced items or jewellery which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene unless proved to be faulty. This does not affect your statuatory rights.
