Terms and Conditions
General Information - We are a small company which prides itself on a personal service to our customers. We hope that you will find our on-line shopping facility easy to use. However, should you require any assistance please email, or telephone us and we will be happy to help.
Delivery - We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, and aim to dispatch within a week. If however, you require any urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Prices - All prices are correct at the time of going on-line. However should any prices alter, we will aim to contact you within 48 hours to advise you of this. VAT at the current rate is included in the price for UK sales.
Refunds and returns - In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item WITHIN 7 days, unused and in the original packaging for an exchange or refund. This does not however include jewellery which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene unless proved to be faulty. This does not affect your statuatory rights.
